Reflexology

with Lynn Reader

Reflexology is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands and face correspond to our organs and body systems. Reflexologists believe that by applying pressure on these points offers a range of health benefits.

When:
2nd Friday of the month.

Keeping in Touch

We provide opportunities to put people together who have self-identified as needing a chat. It is for people to come together to chat on a one-to-one basis through telephone, or other technology. This is not a counselling service. Simply a process for putting people together to enjoy a pleasant chat with someone who is happy to be company.

Where:
From your own home via telephone or on Zoom.

When:
At mutually agreed times, days and frequency of both parties.

Art at Harts Group

with Pam Clark

This is not art therapy or an art class but the act of painting or drawing becomes therapeutic in itself as people become absorbed in their work and their worries are temporarily shelved. It is a group that is supportive of each other, sharing ideas and tips in a relaxed atmosphere.
